In memory of Roy William Billiard. Loving husband to Patricia and father to Shaun, Jason and Lee. Roy suffered with advanced dementia which stole some of his special times with loved ones and fond memories. We hope with donations raised we are able to make a difference to others living with dementia and their surrounding family members.  This horrible disease is becoming more prominent, we hope with your help we can make a difference in Roy’s name.
